Introduction
We all are aware of our physical body but, what most of us may not be aware of is the existence of a bioplasmic Energy body, a.k.a. Aura. The Aura interpenetrates our physical body and has gates, known as 'Chakras', through which Prana or Life force nourishes our physical, mental, and emotional body. Any ailment of the body first manifests itself in the Aura as congested energy before showing up as an ailment. Aura is the blue print of the physical body. Aura receives Prana from the nature to nourish the body via its Chakras. The health of our physical, mental, and emotional body is largely dependent on the amount and quality of Prana reaching it.

What are Chakras?
Chakras are like regulating valves which receive Prana from the Aura and distribute it to different parts of the body through Meridians. There are major and minor chakras in our body and each chakra manages certain functions in our body. In Chinese Chakras are called Pressure points or Acupuncture points. The health of our physical, mental, and emotional body is largely dependent on the quality of Pranic Energy in its Aura and Chakras.
